1. Agreeing to these terms

By downloading, installing, or otherwise using the ImagePilotPro desktop application, or by browsing imagepilotpro.com (together, the "Service"), you're confirming that you've read these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them. If any part of this doesn't work for you, please don't use the app or the site.

2. What the Service does

ImagePilotPro is an offline-first image conversion tool — all processing takes place directly on your own hardware, with no server-side queue involved. We may update, extend, pause, or change features within the app at any time, without advance notice.

3. How you're allowed to use it

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to run ImagePilotPro for your own personal or business purposes. In using it, you agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise pick apart the app's core conversion engine
• Wrap our conversion functionality inside an unauthorized API, service, or paid third-party product
• Run the software as part of automated scripts that interfere with normal device operation
• Use it to process content that breaks applicable law or infringes someone else's rights

4. Who owns what

The application's design, interface, underlying conversion technology, branding, and the content on this website all belong to ImagePilotPro Software. Using the Service doesn't transfer any of that ownership to you.

5. No warranties

THE SERVICE AND DESKTOP APPLICATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IMAGEPILOTPRO SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DON'T GUARANTEE THE APP WILL RUN ERROR-FREE, WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, OR WITH FULL COMPATIBILITY ACROSS EVERY THIRD-PARTY DRIVER, OR THAT EVERY CONVERSION WILL PRODUCE A PERFECT RESULT.

6. Limits on our liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMAGEPILOTPRO SOFTWARE AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES — INCLUDING SYSTEM CRASHES, FILE CORRUPTION, LOST PROFITS, OR CONVERSION ERRORS — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APPLICATION.

7. Links to other sites

Our website may link out to third-party download mirrors or documentation. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or how they handle your data.

8. Governing law

These terms, and anything related to your use of our desktop software, are interpreted under standard applicable regional law, regardless of conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update this document as the product evolves. The date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
