1. Who's behind ImagePilotPro

ImagePilotPro ("we," "us," "our") is a desktop utility built for offline-first image conversion. Our website and support hub live at imagepilotpro.com. Privacy isn't an afterthought here — it's part of how the product is built, and we try to be upfront about exactly what that means.

2. What information actually reaches us

The only data we gather is a small, aggregated set tied to our website, used purely to keep it operating and to improve it over time. That includes:

• Basic site analytics: anonymized page-view counts, general browser type, and a rough country-level location. None of it is ever tied back to a specific visitor.
• Whatever you send through the contact form: if you reach out to us directly, we hold onto your name, email, and message purely so we can write back.

What never reaches us, under any circumstance:

• The images you convert — those stay entirely on your own device
• Any account settings or login credentials — there's no account system to begin with
• Payment details of any kind — the app doesn't charge you for anything

3. How the local-only setup keeps things private

Every bit of the conversion process runs entirely on your own machine. Walking through what happens when you load a file in:

• The file is read straight off your local storage
• Format conversion happens inside your computer's own memory
• The finished file gets saved to whichever folder you point it to
• At no point does any piece of that data travel to a server we control

Because of that design, we simply have no way to see or log the contents of what you're converting — there's no pipe for that data to travel through.

4. Cookies on our website

The site only sets the minimal functional cookies needed to make pages load and work correctly. There's no ad tracking, no social-media pixels, and no third-party profiling scripts running here.

5. Who else touches this data

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to keep the site online:

• Hosting provider: serves the website itself. They may briefly log routine server data (IP address, request timestamps) to guard against abuse and keep connections secure.

6. How long we keep things

Messages sent through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to help you, and are deleted within 12 months. Anonymized website trend data may sit in aggregated reports for up to 24 months.

7. Your rights over your own data

Depending on where you're located, privacy laws like the GDPR may give you the right to ask what support emails we're holding, or to request that we delete them. To make either request, just use the contact page.

8. A note on children's privacy

ImagePilotPro isn't built with or marketed toward children under 13, and given how little data we collect in general, there's nothing sensitive being gathered from anyone by default.

9. Changes to this policy

If anything here changes, we'll update this page directly. Checking back occasionally is the easiest way to stay current on how we handle privacy.
